1. In General

- Refers to third-party web services and mobile applications including but not limited to Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other social networking platforms.
- Content
- Refers to any information, text, images, data, links, software, or other material that is published or made available through DeepSearch’s Services.
3. Tracking of Terms of Use
DeepSearch tracks each user’s acceptance of these Terms. By creating an account, you acknowledge having read and agreed to the most recent version of these Terms. If the Terms are updated, we may ask you to re-confirm your acceptance. Continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
4. Use of Content and Services
4.1 By accessing DeepSearch, you can view, display, download, and print the content solely for personal, non-commercial use, provided that all copyright and other proprietary notices are kept intact.
4.2 Users may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any information contained in DeepSearch without the prior written consent of DeepSearch.
4.3 Users are obliged to use the application by downloading the application from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store or through the authorised DeepSearch web application.
4.4 Users may not access the Service by other means, for example by using automated processes such as bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other technical methods to extract data without our express written consent.
4.5 DeepSearch reserves the right to terminate or restrict access without notice to any user who misuses the platform or violates these Terms.
4.6 Users may not use DeepSearch to target, harass, stalk, or harm any individual. Any use of our Services for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to identity theft or privacy invasion, is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
4.7 DeepSearch does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer user data to third parties for advertising purposes. All searches remain private and anonymous unless the user chooses to share them.
4.8 DeepSearch only surfaces publicly available information. We do not provide access to private records, government databases, or confidential information.
4.9 Users acknowledge that the accuracy, completeness, and recency of search results cannot be guaranteed, as DeepSearch aggregates information from public sources that may be out of date or inaccurate.
4.10 DeepSearch is not responsible for the content published by third parties that appears in our search results. We are not liable for any damages that may result from reliance on such third-party content.
5. Responsibility for the Use of DeepSearch
DeepSearch offers a people-intelligence platform that provides information about individuals based on publicly available data sources. Users bear full responsibility for how they use the information obtained through our Services. Use of DeepSearch for any purpose that violates local, national, or international law is strictly prohibited.
DeepSearch cannot be held responsible for any decisions made by users based on search results. Users must independently verify any information before taking action based on it. DeepSearch expressly disclaims any liability arising from misuse of the platform or reliance on inaccurate information.
If you believe that DeepSearch has displayed information about you that is inaccurate or that you wish to have removed, please submit a data removal request via our Privacy settings or contact our support team.
6. Spam/Abuse
Users are prohibited from using DeepSearch to send unsolicited communications, engage in spamming, phishing, or any other abusive activity. Automated bulk searches are prohibited without prior written authorisation from DeepSearch.
Any account found to be engaged in spam, abuse, or platform manipulation will be immediately suspended without notice. DeepSearch reserves the right to pursue legal action where appropriate.
7. The Warranty and Limitation
DeepSearch provides its Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeepSearch disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall DeepSearch, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
DeepSearch’s total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DeepSearch in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The compilation of all content on this platform is the exclusive property of DeepSearch and is protected by international copyright law. All software used on this platform is the property of DeepSearch or its software suppliers and is protected by international copyright law.
If you believe that any content on DeepSearch infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice to contact@deepsearchai.online with full details of the alleged infringement.
10. Freedom of Press
DeepSearch supports the free press and the public interest in access to information. In certain jurisdictions, information that is in the public domain may be presented as part of journalistic or research activity. DeepSearch cooperates with legitimate journalistic inquiries and may provide data to accredited journalists for matters of genuine public interest, subject to applicable privacy laws.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to restrict the right of any journalist, researcher, or member of the public to access publicly available information in accordance with applicable law.
11. Termination and Survival
DeepSearch reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that we determine in our sole discretion to be harmful to the platform or its users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You may delete your account at any time via Account settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Softmize Infotech LLC is incorporated. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
